Where can I have my picnic/movie?We can set up your picnic in Forsyth Park, at your home, rental, or at your business! Due to needing a good power source, our projector and screen can only be set up at your home, rental, and at your business.

How many people can I bring?Check out our service page for details on our packages. We host up to 12 people picnics to maintain a small intimate gathering where you can get the most out of your experience. The person limit on movies is up to you and your space! However, we are only able to provide a limited amount of seating.

Are food and drinks supplied?At this point in time, we will be providing water AND the choice between tea or lemonade. However, we plan on introducing a menu as our business grows! You are more than welcome to bring your own food and additional beverages.

What happens if I need to cancel?You have up to 72 hours before your picnic to cancel with a 30% cancellation fee based on your total. *If you're wanting to rescheduled, please let us know!

What happens if it's raining before my picnic?If it's raining before your picnic, we can move it inside or work with you to get it rescheduled! If rescheduling is not an option for you, we will give your money back with no fee.

What happens if it rains during picnic?Each picnic/movie will come with a tarp so that if it does start raining, you can cover anything up that could get water damaged.

What can we watch with the projector and screen?Other than movie nights, there are multiple ways to enjoy the big screen. You can catch your favorite sports team, watch your favorite TV series with your friends, or use it for a slideshow at a special event!

What if something breaks?You will be responsible for our equipment during your rental time. We will charge a replacement fee for any equipment that is damaged.
